What web browsers does the viewer support?
Afanche 3D online viewer supports all modern web browsers, including Google Chrome, Microsoft IE or Edge, Mozilla Firefox, Apple Safari and many others. It does require HTML 5 and WebGL support which are included in most modern browsers. If the version of your browser is too old, for instance, if it is more than 1 year old, HTML 5 is probably not supported by your browser since it is relatively new. In the case, please just update your browser to the latest version.
Special setting for Safari
If you are using Safari, you might need to turn on WebGL support. Here is how: In Safari, open the Safari menu and select Preferences. Then, click the Advanced tab in the Preferences window. Then, at the bottom of the window, check the Show Develop menu in menu bar checkbox. Then, open the Develop menu in the menu bar and select Enable WebGL.
Why I still don't see 3D model even my browser is up to date?
The best way to view 3D HTML file is save it on your hard drive from email client software first, then open it with a web browser. For instance, if you open a email with a web browser, then open the 3D HTML file attachment directly from the email, the web browser might filter out 3D data included in the file and only display the text part of the HTML file. If you save the HTML file to local hard drive first and open it with the same web browser, then the 3D data will be displayed correctly.
